Healthy Diet & Exercise In the Office

Make A "Health" Drawer

His presentation spaces are your friends. Most cubes are lots of little drawers. Make up a "health" drawer. Add a plastic bag or two with healthy snacks not perishable in it (perhaps dried vegetables), a few bags of herbal tea without caffeine (switchable from noon coffee, so you sleep better at night), and a travel-size disinfectant hand-gel when regularly go for a cold around the office (did you know that most colds are transmitted through shared items such as door handles?) is used. Can save a decorative canvas bag a pair of sneakers, if you can take a 10 minute walk or stretch break during the lunch break.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Drinking water is very important. It may help (though "cure" is not it) recover faster from a cold, replace lost fluids after exercise, and help with weight loss (many people think they are hungry when they are really thirsty, so be sure to to take a drink before dipping the candy machine). Keep a bottle of four cup or thermos near the computer and fill each day. But do not overdo it - excess water, the minerals and vitamins into your bloodstream can dilute.

1:- Replace soda and other sugary drinks with water and skim milk. Pop has no nutritional value, it is hard on the teeth, and no other items replaced by the diet of children (such as low-fat milk) with the vitamins they need.


2:-Cut down on fast food and try to make healthier choices when you eat them do - replace chips and pop, with the healthier alternatives available.

3:-Turn off the television - children (and adults) tend to eat in front of the television.

4:-Do not use candy as rewards - instead of doing something fun with the family when their child deserves a reward!
