I was once asked to overload an interview with a focus on what people are doing and overwhelmed can to do to stay healthy. After some thought, I had the interview not to do it because they decided to send the message that people wanted to enjoy the best of health to send, here are some tips on diet and lifestyle without sufficient rest periods on a regular basis to ensure physical and emotional.
